Background
MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is a social enterprise established in Nigeria in 2009 and is a leading provider of family planning and a range of contraceptive options to women, girls, and families across the 36 states of Nigeria and the FCT. With a mission to ensure children by choice not chance, MSI Nigeria envisions a world where every birth is wanted. Through collaborations with government at the national, state, and community levels, MSI Nigeria offers accessible and comprehensive reproductive healthcare services using operational approaches, such as Marie Stopes Medical Centers, community outreach teams, public sector strengthening support, and a toll-free contact center.

MSI Nigeria Reproductive Choices is seeking to engage a qualified Shopper/Experiential Marketing Agency for the implementation of the Fire Condom Shopper Activation Pilot – 2026. The activation campaign is aimed at driving product visibility, consumer engagement, product trial, and purchase conversion across selected mall locations in Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt.

Objective of the Assignment
• Drive product trial and immediate purchase
• Increase brand visibility and recall at point of sale
• Reinforce Fire Condom’s brand positioning
• Generate consumer engagement and interaction
• Generate insights to inform future nationwide rollout

Geographical Scope
The pilot activation will be implemented across selected states and malls with the following details:
• States: Abuja, Lagos, and Port Harcourt
• Number of malls: Three malls per city
• Activation days: Every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
• Total number of activation days: 27

Scope of Work
• Activation planning and concept development
• Mall engagement and approval coordination
• Design and production of branding materials
• Recruitment and management of promoters
• Consumer engagement and sampling activities
• Logistics and operational management
• Monitoring, reporting, and post-activation analysis

Eligibility Criteria
• Be legally registered in Nigeria
• Have at least 3-5 years’ experience in experiential or shopper marketing
• Demonstrate experience managing multi-location activations
• Have operational capacity within the project locations
• Provide evidence of similar successfully executed assignments
• Possess strong project management and reporting capacity

• Valid tax clearance
• Memorandum of Association
• CAC Form CO2 and CO7 or Status Report
• Evidence of tax clearance for 2022-2024
• Technical proposal including methodology and implementation plan
• Evidence of similar previous assignments
• CVs of key personnel
• Financial proposal
