Thlama Peace Foundation (TPF)
Thlama Peace Foundation (TPF) is a registered non-governmental organization (CAC/RC/NO 167039), established in 2021. The organization is dedicated to addressing pressing societal needs and enhancing the well-being of individuals, especially those living in vulnerable conditions.
TPF envisions a society where individuals live free from fear, intimidation, and harm, and where dignity and respect are upheld across all communities in Nigeria. Its mission focuses on improving the living standards of vulnerable populations by promoting sustainable development and long-term transformation.
The Foundation works closely with underserved urban communities to deliver community-based healthcare, empowerment initiatives, environmental improvements, and educational support.
TPF operates across multiple humanitarian and development sectors, including WASH, Education, Protection, Nutrition, Health, Livelihoods, Conflict Resolution, Peacebuilding, and Climate Change. Since its establishment, the organization has implemented projects in more than six states across Nigeria.
Objectives and Background
Thlama Peace Foundation (TPF) is initiating a pre-qualification process for suppliers and contractors to provide various goods and services listed below.
Existing vendors who wish to remain in the supplier database are also required to reapply. This exercise will cover the period from 23 April 2026 to 1 May 2026.

- Successful vendors will be communicated, subject to review.
- Vendors must be legally registered and compliant with all relevant Nigerian regulations.
- Applicants must not be involved in fraudulent or corrupt practices.
- Submitted Expressions of Interest (EOIs) may be modified or withdrawn before the submission deadline, but not afterward.
- All financial quotations must be presented in Nigerian Naira (₦).
- Only shortlisted vendors will be contacted after the evaluation process.
- Late submissions will not be accepted.
Pre-Qualification Requirements
- Company profile (including address, contact details, and organizational structure)
- Price quotation sheet
- At least three (3) references
- Evidence of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC)
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) and Tax Clearance Certificate for the last three years
- Evidence of VAT registration and remittance
- Proof of a corporate bank account
- Record of similar completed projects (letters of award and completion certificates are an added advantage)
