REQUEST FOR QUOTATION FOR:
PROCUREMENT OF HP ENVY 15 X 360 SYSTEMS AND OTHER ACCESSORIES IN LANDS BUREAU

Lands Bureau is seeking bids for the Procurement of Global Stationery and Office Equipment. For this purpose, you will find enclosed in the RFQ a schedule for the goods to be supplied. You are requested to complete this schedule, providing us your best offer and return this to us not later than Friday, 24th April, 2026 at 12 Noon on the e-Procurement Platform, indicating on the Bid submitted online “Procurement of Stationary Items and Office Consumables in Lands Bureau”.

The price of your quotations shall clearly indicate the total price and duration of the contract. However, the contract shall be carried out within (1) ONE MONTH from the date of contract signing.

Your quotation shall remain valid for 60days and installation shall be accompanied by most favourable warrantees available
and after service maintenance. Your quotation shall include the signed Form of Contract, which will become the contract in case your quotation is retained.
