The U. S. CONSULATE GENERAL LAGOS has a requirement for a contractor to drill a borehole well at the U.S. CGR, Ikoyi, Lagos in accordance with the attached statement of work and details stated below:

Location: 25, MODUPE ALAKIJA CRESCENT, IKOYI, LAGOS.
Please send the name(s) of those coming for the inspection before 10:00AM on Friday June 5, 2026. Those coming must come with a Government issued photo ID (e.g. Driver’s license, PVC card, Int’l passport) bearing the same name(s) provided (ONLY TWO PERSONS WILL BE ALLOWED PER COMPANY)
Point of Contact for the Inspection is Engr. Smart Ajayi and can be reached on 0703-411-1020. Quotes due on Tuesday June 16, 2026 by 12:00noon. Quotes should be emailed to LagosProcurement@state.gov only!
You are required to submit two quotations (Technical and Price Proposal) all in one email. LATE BID WILL NOT BE HONORED.
The evaluation criteria for this requirement will include price, technical acceptability, and past performance.
Payment term is Net 30. Unsuccessful offerors may not be contacted.
