ADDENDUM TO EXPRESSION OF INTEREST (EOI) FOR INCLUSION IN THE WFP’S VENDOR ROSTER
REF. WFP-SC-ABJ-EOI-2026-002
Pursuant to the WFP Nigeria Expression of Interest (EOI) Ref. WFP-SC-ABJ-EOI-2026-002 for the inclusion of Food, Goods, and Services vendors to broaden the vendor roster, with the initial closing date of June 22, 2026, this Addendum seeks to: Extend the closing date of the ongoing WFP EOI and include two additional categories under Category B – Goods and Services. For reference, please note that the EOI was advertised as follows:
13th May 2026- Guardian Newspapers
15th May 2026- This day Newspapers
18th May 2026- Guardian Newspapers
20th May 2026- Leadership Newspapers
22nd May 2026- This day Newspapers
25th May 2026- Leadership Newspapers
CATEGORY B: GOODS AND / OR SERVICES VENDOR CATEGORIES
Interested companies are invited to express interest in any of the following additional goods and/or services categories.
1. Hotel Accommodation, Meals and Conferencing Facilities (Hotels)
2. Bottled Water Supplies
Interested candidates must indicate services as subject of the application; WFP-SC-ABJ-EOI-2026-002– Category B (Insert Vendor Category).
Interested firms should request for the link to the EOI Questionnaire, Registration Forms and list of pre-qualification requirements by writing to nigeria.eoi@wfp.org no later than 30 June 2026 (1600hrs local time).
Completed registration forms, duly signed, and stamped, along with the requested supporting documents must reach WFP, no later than 15 July 2026 (1600 hours local time), through an online link which will be shared on request. All requested documentation will only be accepted online, and incomplete applications will also be rejected.
Firms can apply for registration under more than one category, subject to the profile compliance with the goods and/ or services of the relevant category(ies). No application will be entertained without receipt of duly signed and stamped soft copies, via the provided link, of the requested documents by 15 July 2026 (1600 hours local time).
A response to this Request for Expression of Interest does not constitute inclusion in the WFP vendor roster or shortlisting for a tender. WFP reserves the right to change or cancel the EOI at any time. WFP may be contacted for any queries related to this EOI process only via nigeria.eoi@wfp.org.
