Christian Aid Nigeria is hereby soliciting quotations from interested vendors with proven track records for the Procurement of Hydroponic items for the GIZ-POWER project, find the detailed information below:

Criteria for:

1. Comprehensive company profile including verifiable office address, active phone numbers & email addresses. (Compulsory)
2. Proof of Company Registration in Nigeria (corporate affairs commission CAC). (Compulsory)

LIMITED LIABILITIES Form CAC 2- statement of share capital and return of allotment of shares. (Compulsory) /CO2 – Share Allotment Form if applicable (Compulsory) /CO7 – Particulars of Directors. (Compulsory) /Form CAC7A “Notice of Change of Directors, or in the Name, Residential/Address or Postal Address of Director. (Compulsory)/Object matter declaration (Compulsory)

Or BUSINESS NAME Certificate of Incorporation (Compulsory) Form BN-01 (Proprietor’s Particulars) (Compulsory) (Compulsory)

3. Proof of Tax Identification Number (TIN)/VAT certificate and recent copy Current tax clearance certificate for 2023. (Compulsory)                                                                                                                                                                                                      
4. Evidence of past experiences to reputable organizations/clients preferably International Non-governmental Organisations to whom the same type of supplies and/or installation was provided (Copies of letters of award & successful completion certificates and supporting reference letters should be attached) (Compulsory)
5. Evidence of bank account in the name of the company/business entity.
6. Evidence of registration with any related governmental or regulatory institution e.g. registration certificate with SCUML

Method of Submission:

All quotations alongside pictorial evidence of the quoted items showing the description of the items and brand should be sent to ngprocurement@christian-aid.org  

All quotes should indicate the following:            

1. Estimated delivery date by Supplier   

2. Delivery costs if any (Delivery locations is Guyuk, Adamawa State)       

3. Terms of Payment (After delivery or otherwise)           

4. Quote validity period

5. Pictorial evidence of the quoted items showing the description of the items and brands.

Submission of bids shall close by 5 pm, 29^th April 2025

All tenders/bids shall be considered and evaluated by the Internal Procurement Committee (IPC) based on Christian Aids procurement Guidelines and only successful bidders will be notified for further discussions.
