ADDENDUM NO. 1:
SPECIAL PROCUREMENT NOTICE
CONSTRUCTION OF 44 SOLAR-POWERED BOREHOLES
The Programme for Integrated Development and Adaptation to Climate Change in the Niger Basin (PIDACC/NB) wishes to refer to its earlier publications in The Nation and Daily Trust Newspapers of Tuesday, 12th May, 2026 and subsequent addendum No. 1 of 13th May 2026, and to notify the general public of the following amendments to the advertisements:
1. The Closing date for submission of both technical and financial proposals is now: Friday, 5th June 2026, on or before 12Noon. The venue for the bids opening remains the same.
2. Payment of Tender Fees:
(i) Interested bidders are to go to Remita.Net and select Niger Basin Development Authority-African Development Bank, and pay to Niger Basin development Authority select Tender fees and make payments.
