QUOTATION SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS

Interested vendors are required to submit the following documents along with their quotations:

• Warranty details for the items quoted.
• A copy of a valid Tax Clearance Certificate. Please note that any quotation submitted without a valid Tax Clearance Certificate will be automatically disqualified.
• Proof of registration with the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC).
• Quotation submitted on the company’s official letterhead.
• Tax Identification Number (TIN) and EFCC SCUML Certificate.
• Quotations must be submitted to the CENSCOPE Maiduguri Office not later than the deadline indicated below.

• No company name should be written on the submission envelope; only the reference number should be indicated.
• CENSCOPE estimates that the commodities will be delivered within a period of five (5) days. Therefore, selected bidder(s) must have the capacity to supply and deliver the required commodities within the specified timeframe.
• The consumption range provided is an estimate, and CENSCOPE reserves the right to procure quantities above or below the stated range, including partial items, based on operational needs.
• Selected bidder(s) shall be expected to deliver the commodities in accordance with the provided timeline and specifications.

Method of Application

All required documents must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and submitted in a sealed envelope to the designated Tender Box at the CENSCOPE Maiduguri Office on or before the indicated deadline.
